Fresh Pear Cobbler

Angel Wilkinson

We have a pear tree in our backyard and I am always looking for ways to use the pears. I made this recipe for my family and it was a real hit.

The batter cooks up around the pear pieces and makes a yummy crust. So good! Especially good when it's still warm.
