Ingredients
- FOR THE FILLING
- 6 cups pumpkin, cooked and strained
- 4 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 3 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 1/4 tablespoons ginger
- 3 1/4 tablespoons salt
- TO MAKE ONE PIE ADD:
- 4 - eggs
- 3 cups water
How To Make fresh frozen pumpkin pie filling

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2Stir together the filling ingredients.

Step 3Divide equally into 4 air tight freezer safe containers and store in freezer until needed.

Step 4To make one 10" pie, defrost one container and beat together with the milk and eggs.

Step 5Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 1/2 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
