I make it with my own eggnog recipe, I highly suggest using a good quality eggnog that you trust.

  • 1 1/3 c
  • 4
    egg yolks
  • 2 large
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    spiced rum
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    coffee syrup
  • 1
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell

How to Make EggNog Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350'F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend eggnog, together with eggs and sugar. Then add egg yolks one at a time. Completely incorporate.
  3. Add sour cream, rum, coffee syrup, vanilla. Blend until completely incorporated.
  4. Add flour and cinnamon. Blend completely then pour out until pie shell.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set and pie is slightly golden.
