Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust, such as pillsbury
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon freeze-dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make easy summer tomato pie

Step 1Heat oven to 4550. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Fit 1 pie crust into pan, and crimp edges.

Step 2Prick bottom and sides of pie crust w/ a fork and bake 9 mins. Reduce heat to 350. In bowl whisk together basil, chives and pepper. Arrange tomato slices in pie crust evenly. Sprinkle w/ herbs.

Step 3W/ a spoon, spread mayonnaise over tomatoes. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake, uncovered 20 mins or until cheese is melted and pie is hot.
