easy pie crust
I've tried so many types of crust. This is a real easy good crust. Flakey but holds up good .. Not dry or hard. You can use veg or corn oil. Coconut works good too especially if ya want a bit of the coconut flavor.

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3+ tablespoons cold water

Step 1Blend dry ingredients

Step 2Pour oil over dry ingredients and mix until pea sized crumbs I start with spoon and switch to hands to get to the pea sized

Step 3Add water a tablespoon at a time and incorporate until a ball forms. You don't want it to wet

Step 4Press into pie tin using hands
