Easy Marshmallows from Cool Whip

This recipe is so clever and oh so easy- I love to make marshmallows -but they are so time consuming and this is so simple to make for you hot chocolate or other dessert toppings.

serves make a lot- depends on size of cut outs

  • 9 oz
    container or "tub" of cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    cold water

How To Make

    Mix together ingredients until blended.

    Line a 9x13-inch pan with was paper or any pan as long as you will have the mixture as least 1/2 inch thick or more.

    Pour mixture into pan and smooth evenly. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

    Lift out paper. Cut into you favorite shapes with cookie cutter. Place cut outs between wax paper and put in a freezer container. Take out as needed. Great in your hot cocoa. Enjoy!
