I believe I got this recipe from cool whip, but I'm not sure. I've been making it for so many years, I forget, lol. I changed it up a little, but it's still so creamy and good.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces redueced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick 1% milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 dash light cool whip, thawed
- 1 - reduced-fat graham cracker crust, like keeblers
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 2 packages sugar-free, instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Step 1In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in cool whip topping.

Step 2Spread cream cheese mix into bottom of crust. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and pudding mix for 2 mins, or until thickened.

Step 3Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Pour over cream cheese mix. Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs.
