How to Make Easy Cheesecake Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine crumbs and melted butter or margerine. Press into a buttered 8"-9" pie pan, building up around sides.

Use a pre-made graham cracker crust. - Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt.Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Spoon over top of pie and bake for 10 minutes longer.
Cool and chill for several hours before serving.
