easy cheese cake
This is a recipe from my Aunt Janice. It’s so easy and delicious, I had to share! It’s great alone or topped with cherries or whipped cream. Y’all enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 packages 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make easy cheese cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.

Step 2Once softened, mix all ingredients in mixing bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Step 3Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth to edges.

Step 4Bake at 350 for about an hour. It will puff up and crack and turn a beautiful golden brown. It will fall when it’s cooling. Let it cool completely before serving. Keep refrigerated.
