Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup bisquick, heart healthy biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make easy blackberry cobbler.

Step 1In lg bowl, toss berries, lemon juice and vanilla until coated well. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Spoon berry mix into pan. In another bowl, combine baking mix, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over berry mix. Dot top of cobbler w/ butter.

Step 3Bake 45-55 min, or until lightly crisp on top.
