easy apple pie

This is a great and easy recipe, sometimes I like to make homemade crust and sometime I like the ready made crust..(LAZY!! I know) But taste just as good. Throws flour and my face and they think I slaved all day. All I want to hear is, "Oh you should have, I'm so lucky"..HA-HA Now I get what I want it didn't take me all day to get ..lol

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 8 medium apples, slice and peeled
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How To Make easy apple pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 F. Meanwhile form the bottom of the crust in pie pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Peel and sliced apples and pour over lemon juice to cover all apples and set aside. In a med bowl, add all the rest of the ingredients and add the apples. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Put the pie filling in the pie crust and cover with other pie crust. Slice 2-3 vents on top of the pie crust to release moisture. Cover with foil for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking 40-45 minutes.. Cool and top with French Vanilla Ice Cream Yum..
