easter pie
I got this recipe years ago from a Taste of Home Cookbook. It is citrusly light,chocolately and it is so yummy. I hope you enjoy it because we have this every Easter.

Ingredients
- 1 package 9 inch pastry shell
- 1 box ricotta cheese, 15oz.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 dash salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
How To Make easter pie

Step 1In a bowl, beat the ricotta, sugar, and flour till mixed. Add peels and salt, beat until smooth. In another bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes, slowly fold into ricotta mixture. Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
