Very refreshing. Easy to make and you would never know it's diabetic by taste

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)_
  • 1 package sugar free strawberry jello
  • 1 package 8 oz. pkg. of lite cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 - grahme cracker crust or make your own
  • 1 - container of lite cool whip

How To Make diabetic strawberry pie

  • Step 1
    Let your cream cheese come to room temperature, add Splenda and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into Graham Cracker crust and smooth out. Mix you jello per pkg. instructions mix well (do not add cup of cold water,,,your strawberries is your cold water) and let cool for 10--15 minutes. Add Strawberries to the jello and mix. Pour the jello/ strawberry mixture on top of the cream cheese. Chill for at least an hour.
  • Step 2
    Just before serving top with Cool Whip.
