  • 2 large
    sweet potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    clarified butter (ghee), divided in half for topping
  • 1/2 c
    maple syrup
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, divided in half for topping
  • 2
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon, divided in half for topping
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    lactose free milk,your choice
  • 1/4 c
    coconut flour
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Crustless Sweet Potato Pie


  1. start by boiling the sweet potatoes until soft, cool & peel.
  2. in a food processor or blender..mix the sweet potatoes, add in half the clarified butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, half the cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs & milk...mix well
  3. for topping, combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter & chopped a pie dish add the sweet potato mixture & spread the topping evenly.
  4. bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins, turn oven off and leave in for another 15 mins...take out, let cool & refrigerate
