- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee), divided in half for topping
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar, divided in half for topping
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, divided in half for topping
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup lactose free milk,your choice
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make crustless sweet potato pie

Step 1start by boiling the sweet potatoes until soft, cool & peel.

Step 2in a food processor or blender..mix the sweet potatoes, add in half the clarified butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, half the cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs & milk...mix well

Step 3for topping, combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter & chopped pecans...in a pie dish add the sweet potato mixture & spread the topping evenly.

Step 4bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins, turn oven off and leave in for another 15 mins...take out, let cool & refrigerate
