Ingredients
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons unsweetend cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- - sweetened whipped cream, for serving (optional)
How To Make crustless chocolate-almond pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with butter-flavor cooking spray, or grease with butter.

Step 2Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. (it will be full, but won’t run over during baking.)

Step 3Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any leftover pie.
