1 cpecans, chopped
1 1/2 csugar
1 stickmargarine, melted
1/4 cshortening, melted
How to Make Cranberry-Nut Pie
- Butter one 10 or 11-inch pie plate.
- Cover bottom of plate with cranberries; sprinkle with pecans and 1/2 cup sugar. Let set.
- Mix eggs, remaining sugar, flour, margarine and shortening; pour over pecans and cranberries.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or till brown around edges.
