This is a great pie I make it all year ..A friend gave me this recipe years ago and I have made it many times .. This looks like you have worked all day .. Cranberries are not just for the holidays ... Will post photo next week ...

    21-oz can of cherry pie filling
  • 1
    16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4. Cup
  • 3 Tbsp
    quick cooking tapioca
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • ·

    combine all but butter , and milk . let stand 15 minutes

    9 inch pre made double pie crust

How to Make Cranberry-Cherry Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line 9 inch pie plate with half of pie crust , add filling . Dot with butter .
  3. Take the top of the pie crust and cut into lattice strips .place lattice crust over filling , seal and flute edges . Brush lattice top with milk .
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown ( cover edge of crust with foil after 15 minutes to prevent over browning ) Makes 1 pie
  5. Cool before cutting
