Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups coarsley chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 10" pie shell uncooked
How To Make cream cheese pecan pie

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, beat together Ingredients (cream cheese,1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla) on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the bottom of the pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans

Step 2In the clean large bowl of the mixer, a medium speed. beat the remaining 3 eggs until frothy. Add the corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, the salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until blended. Gently pour the mixture over the pecans.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven on 375 degrees until knife in center and edge comes out clean - 40 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool before cutting.
