We fixed this for a Christmas eve party and everyone fell in love with it. Even the people that do not like pecan pie. We are going to make another for New Years because of demand

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups coarsley chopped pecans
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - 10" pie shell uncooked

How To Make cream cheese pecan pie

  • Step 1
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together Ingredients (cream cheese,1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla) on medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the bottom of the pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans
  • Step 2
    In the clean large bowl of the mixer, a medium speed. beat the remaining 3 eggs until frothy. Add the corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, the salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until blended. Gently pour the mixture over the pecans.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated oven on 375 degrees until knife in center and edge comes out clean - 40 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool before cutting.
