Coconut Pie

Joan Simpson

This is a very good and easy coconut pie.I always get good comments on this pie. This recipe called for 1 can of coconut but it's more expensive than bagged coconut so I use 1 1/3 cups of coconut to equal 1 can of coconut. My aunt gave me this recipe many years ago,it's always been a favorite of ours!
