- 10 ounces coconut macaroon cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 ounces finely chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons slivered orange peel

Step 1Press the cookies into and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2Pour boiling heavy cream over the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into the cookie crust.
