Ingredients

  • 10 ounces coconut macaroon cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 16 ounces finely chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons slivered orange peel

How To Make chocolate macaroon tart

  • Step 1
    Press the cookies into and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Step 2
    Pour boiling heavy cream over the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into the cookie crust.
  • Step 3
    Chill for 6 hours and top with raspberries and slivered orange peel. Enjoy!
