- coconut macaroon cookies
- 1 c
- heavy cream
- 16 oz
- finely chopped semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 c
- 2 Tbsp
- slivered orange peel
How to Make CHOCOLATE MACAROON TART
- 1Press the cookies into and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- 2Pour boiling heavy cream over the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and stir until smooth. Pour into the cookie crust.
- 3Chill for 6 hours and top with raspberries and slivered orange peel. Enjoy!
