This recipe was personally prepared by Donna Oronzi for the August 2015 meeting with the Curious Cuisiners. This recipe is an adaptation from Jello Pudding circa 1980's.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1-1/2 cup chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 2 boxes 4 serving size vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust (6oz)

How To Make chocolate ice cream pudding pie

  • Step 1
    Thoroughly blend milk and ice cream in a bowl. Add pudding mixes, gradually blend slowly on low speed for approximately one minute.
  • Step 2
    Pour immediately into the pie shell. Chill until set (1 hour or more). Can be put into the freezer for a quicker set.
