NOTE: You can make this a coconut pie rather than chocolate by omitting the 4 TBSP of cocoa & adding 7oz of coconut.
How to Make CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine well all the dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients, mixing well. You can mix with a whisk or an electric mixer. Pour into a 10" buttered pie plate & bake @350 for 30-40 minutes or until top starts to split. I highly recommend your baking this pie 40 minutes or so if you prefer a drier pie.
