I COOK FRESH CHICKEN AND USE ONLY WHITE MEAT. I BOIL WITH AN ONION AND A STALK OF CELERY. DASH OF SALT.My family and friends enjoy this.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breast ( whole)
  • 1 can mushroom soup( cream of mushroom)
  • 1 cup chicken broth(i use broth from boiling chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms
  • dash - black pepper
  • 1 package frozen tea biscuits

How To Make chicken - mushroom pie

  • Step 1
    Remove chicken from skin and bones. Tear into bite size pieces and put into pyrex dish. Sprinkle black pepper over chicken.put mushrooms over that.
  • Step 2
    Mix Sour cream, mushroom soup and chicken broth together.Pour over chicken.
  • Step 3
    Place biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are brown. About 35 minutes.
  • Step 4
    PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES.I USE 9 X12 PYREX DISH
