I found this in Family Circle magazine over 30 years ago and I have been making it since. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken or even turkey if you prefer.

Ingredients
- 1 - single pie crust, baked
- 1 can (3 oz.) french fried onions
- 2 cups cooked, chicken, diced
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
How To Make chicken in a garden

Step 1Combine chicken, vegetables, and soup. Add 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour mixture into baked 9" pie dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Pour remaining onions over top. Bake additional 5 minutes.
