Well I love this recipe because my mom start making this for me when I was a kid. Then I started making it for my kids and now my son makes it for me in hopes one day he can make it for his family.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or lemon
- 3 - eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make chess pie

Step 1Take all ingedients and put them in a bowl. Mix together well. Then pour in a regular or thin pieshell and place in the oven on 350 degrees and just watch.

Step 2Let cook for about thirty to forty-five minutes. Check if its done by sticking a toothpick in the middle and pulling it out and if toothpick come out clean its done. sit on stove and let cool off and then ready to eat.
