cc-c-b pie (like a toll house cooky pie)
This pie was created because I ran out of chocolate chips, only had about 3/4 cup, so I added other ingredients: flaky coconut and one Butterfinger bar broken into pieces. I love the way the layers look and taste! It's sooo good. Took this picture the day after, early a.m. and couldn't resist another taste of it. Yum.

- FILLING:
- 2 - eggs, beaten until foamy
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup gran. sugar
- 1/2 cup lt. brown sugar

How To Make cc-c-b pie (like a toll house cooky pie)
-
Step 1Beat the eggs, blend in flour, then the two kinds of sugar. Stir in chips, coconut and candy chunks, add vanilla and salt.
-
Step 2Spread in the base of the unbaked, thawed pie crust.
-
Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for an hour. Watch it to be sure it doesn't burn, it might be brown on top and soft, but mine was done in a few minutes short of 1 hour. Cool until room temperature then cut.
-
Step 4Suggested toppings: ice cream or whipped cream.
