I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT HAD THIS PIE YET BUT IT IS IN THE NEAR FUTURE.I LOVE COOKED CARROTS AND I THOUGHT THAT THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR COMPANY COMING OVER.. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • - 2 unbaked pie shells
  • - 2 cups cooked,mashed carrots
  • - 1 cup sugar
  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 2 cups whole milk
  • - 1/2 each tsp cinn, ground cloves
  • - 3/4 tsp ground ginger

How To Make carrot pie

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredints well except pie shells in a large bowl.Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake on bottom rack of oven @ 425 For 10 mins..Then lower heat to 325 for 1 hour or until cooked.Remove from oven and let rest for 20-25 mins before serving...
