candi's chocolate peanut butter cream pie
My dad asked for a "reeses" in a pie form for his birthday, so I came up with this!

Ingredients
- 1 - 9" graham cracker crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 3 - egg yolks beaten
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4-6 - reeses peanutbutter cups
- - whipped cream, sweetened
How To Make candi's chocolate peanut butter cream pie

Step 1Beat egg yolks in a small bowl, set aside. Add milk, corn starch, sugar, chocolates to sauce pan, bring to boil, stirring constantly.

Step 2Add small amount of hot chocolate mix to egg yolks, blend then add back to hot chocolate mix. Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 2-3 more minutes.

Step 3Turn off heat, add peanut butter, butter and vanilla, stir until completely blended. Pour into pie crust, put in fridge to cool and set up. 4-6 hours or overnight.

Step 4Make whipped cream, put on pie. Crush cold reeses candies and sprinkle over top.
