Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 3
    eggs,slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1
    9 inc pie shell

How to Make Bourbon and Chocolate Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs,syrup,salt,bourbon and vanilla. Mix until blended. Spread pecans and chocolate chips in the bottom of pie shell. Pour filling into shell. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
