  • 3 heaping Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    clove, ground
  • 3
    eggs, separated
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 c

How to Make Bob Andy Pie


  1. Mix together in a large bowl, the sugar, flour, cinnamon and clovex
  2. Add enough milk to moisten.
  3. Add egg yolks and balance of milk, mix well. Add butter.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in to pie mixture.
  5. Pour into 2 pie shells. Place pies on cookie sheet to bake.Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and almost set. Will still be somewhat jiggly, but firm.
