Ingredients

  • 1
    deep dish pie crust, homemade or storebought
  • 1 1/2 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Blueberry Pie with Cobbler Topping

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-bake bottom pie crust for about 7 minutes in oven @ 400 degrees until air bubbles start forming.
  2. Place blueberries into bottom crust. Mix together the other ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir well, and pour evenly on top of berries.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with whipped cream while still slightly warm.
