blueberry layered pie
This pie recipe is yummy and easy. I just had to try it because my son loves blueberry pies. Obviously, he liked it since he ate a piece and took the leftover pie home with him.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- - cool whip, optional
- 1 - 9" pie shell, baked or graham cracker crust
How To Make blueberry layered pie

Step 1Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

Step 2Add instant pudding, lemon juice, and lemon zest to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended; set aside.

Step 3Spoon 1/2 of blueberry filling into bottom of crust. Spoon filling on top. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set. Spoon remaining pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
