Blueberry Layered Pie

This pie recipe is yummy and easy. I just had to try it because my son loves blueberry pies. Obviously, he liked it since he ate a piece and took the leftover
pie home with him.

cream cheese, softened
14 oz
sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c
powdered sugar
3.4 oz
instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c
freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp
lemon zest
1 can(s)
blueberry pie filling
cool whip, optional
9" pie shell, baked or graham cracker crust

How to Make Blueberry Layered Pie


  • 1Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
  • 2Add instant pudding, lemon juice, and lemon zest to cream cheese mixture. Mix until well blended; set aside.
  • 3Spoon 1/2 of blueberry filling into bottom of crust. Spoon filling on top. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set. Spoon remaining pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
