I love blueberrys any way there is , but this cobbler is the best ever. add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and wow what a treat...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pints blueberries or other berries ( 4 1/2 cups )

How To Make blueberry cobbler

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 375 ,grease sides and bottom of a 9x13" baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter and dust with 3 tablespoons sugar, set aside.
  • Step 2
    in a large bowl whisk together remaining butter and sugar, add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy. add milk, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • Step 3
    place berry's in the prepared baking dish,and top with batter. bake until top is golden brown 25-30 minutes.
