I love blueberrys any way there is , but this cobbler is the best ever. add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and wow what a treat...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 stick
    unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 pt
    blueberries or other berries ( 4 1/2 cups )

How to Make Blueberry Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 375 ,grease sides and bottom of a 9x13" baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter and dust with 3 tablespoons sugar, set aside.
  2. in a large bowl whisk together remaining butter and sugar, add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy. add milk, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and cinnamon until well blended.
  3. place berry's in the prepared baking dish,and top with batter. bake until top is golden brown 25-30 minutes.
