Ingredients

  • 1 box or bag of vanilla wafers - 8 oz or 12 oz
  • 3 - large bananas - sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries - washed/drained - stemmed
  • 1 package 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese - softened
  • 2 - fresh eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream

How To Make blueberry and bananna pie

  • Step 1
    Place wafers in pie pan, arrange to make a shell. Crumble a few in center or around to fill in spots. Layer sliced bananas and blueberries over crust. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. In another bowl, beat eggs well, butter, flavoring and milk. Beat well. Place mixture in a saucepan and cook on low, slow, stirring constantly for creaminess. Cook until thick and remove. Let cool. Add beaten cream cheese and whipped cream. Pour a layer of pie mix over fruit and wafers. Place a second layer of sliced bananas and berries, then add a layer of pie mix.

    Chill and serve.

    You can add some berries on top center or the edges for decoration.
