basic and easy pie crust
I only recently tried making my own pie crusts. I was amazed at how easy it was! I hope you enjoy this recipe and bake up a storm!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold butter
- 6to 8 tablespoons ice water
How To Make basic and easy pie crust

Step 1Combine flour and salt.

Step 2Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3Gradually add water while mixing until it forms a ball.

Step 4Divide in half.

Step 5Roll out one half until it fits in a 9-inch pie dish.

Step 6When placed in dish as base of pie, trim edge with knife.

Step 7Roll out second half of dough for the top.
