How to Make Basic and easy pie crust
- 1Combine flour and salt.
- 2Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- 3Gradually add water while mixing until it forms a ball.
- 4Divide in half.
- 5Roll out one half until it fits in a 9-inch pie dish.
- 6When placed in dish as base of pie, trim edge with knife.
- 7Roll out second half of dough for the top.
