How to Make Basic and easy pie crust
- Combine flour and salt.
- Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add water while mixing until it forms a ball.
- Divide in half.
- Roll out one half until it fits in a 9-inch pie dish.
- When placed in dish as base of pie, trim edge with knife.
- Roll out second half of dough for the top.
