Ingredients
- 1 - pie shell, baked
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup milk, 2%
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - egg yolks
- 3 - bananas
- - cool whip
How To Make banana cream pie

Step 1In medium heavy sauce pan combine sugar, flour, salt, milk and half and half

Step 2cook and stir until it is boiling. Boil for 1 minute. add butter and vanilla boil for 2 minutes

Step 3add egg yolks and some of the liquid. take off heat cool filling

Step 4Spread some bananas on the bottom of the baked pie shell. spoon some of the filling and spread around to cover 1st layer. repeat layering until full. Top with whip cream and bananas. Chill
