1/3 cbutter or margerine
1 1/2 ccorn flake crumbs
8 ozcream cheese
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
1/3 clemon juice
1 tspbanana extract
5 mediumbananas (ripe)
2 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make Banana Beauty
- For no bake crust :
Melt margerine, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add corn flake crumbs. Mix well.
- Press mixture evenly in a 9 inch pie pan.
Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk. Blend.
- Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and flavoring.
Stir until thickened.
Slice 3 of the bananas and line the crust with them.
Turn the filling into the crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours until firm.
- When ready to serve, top with the other 2 sliced bananas that have been dipped in the remaining lemon juice.
