apple pie smoothie
I love smoothies and the combination of cashews and apples is really nice together. This is quite filling so very little goes a long way. You will need a powerful blender like a Vita-Mix for this recipe so the nuts will ground up fine enough to blend with the liquid ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups filtered water
- 8 - drops vanilla creme stevia
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
How To Make apple pie smoothie

Step 1Add the cashews and water together and blend until you have a creamy white liquid.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until totally incorporated.

Step 3I think you could use Almond milk in this just don't add the water to the recipe as it will be too bland.

Step 4I found that this is much better cold, so you might want to put it in the fridge for a while before consuming.
