andrews's crustless apple pie

This is a recipe that is in a Boston Kitchen Cookbook I sent away for many years ago.I have made it many times and my family really loved it.

Ingredients
- 1 large egg,well beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups apples,peeled,cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped (opt)
- pinch - cinnamon
How To Make andrews's crustless apple pie

Step 1Place beaten egg in large bowl and add sugar,brown sugar and vanilla.Beat well.

Step 2Add flour, baking powder and mix well.

Step 3Add apples and mix well by hand.

Step 4Add nuts and cinnamon and mix.

Step 5Spread mixture in a 9 inch greased, not floured,pie plate.

Step 6Ba ke in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Cool. Cut into wedges and serve with icecream or cheese.
