  • 2- 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 large
    cool whip
  • 2 can(s)
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 lb
    bag powdered sugar
  • 4 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 stick

How to Make Amanda's Cherry Delight


  1. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of margerine, mix melted margerine and 4c. of graham cracker crumbs, and press into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon in cream cheese mixture into 9x13 pan, then pour on cherry pie filling. Refridgerate about an hour till chilled.
