How to Make Almond Pie Crust - Low Carb - Diabetic Friendly
- Heat oven to 350 deg.
- Place the butter in a pie plate and place it in the over. Melt the butter. Be careful when taking it out, it will be hot.
- Mix in the almond flour and sugar into the pie plate. Mix the ingredients until well incorporated. Take the bottom of a measuring cup (or use fingers) and mold the mixture to the pie plate.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the crust is beginning to brown. After 8 minutes, check every minute or so, because once it starts browning it goes quickly.
- It makes a 9 inch crust.
