Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust

Step 1In a large mixing bowl (spouted is easiest), beat together the lemon juice and condensed milk.

Step 2In a clean, chilled bowl, whip cream with chilled beaters until it reaches stiff peaks.

Step 3Gently fold cream into lemon-milk mixture until mixed well. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Chill in refrigerator until firm, at least 3 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.
