1 1/2 cpacked dark brown sugar or 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar

1/2 cegg substitue

2 tspvanilla extract

2 cplain flour

1 tspbakng powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2/3 cbutterscotch chips

How to Make Weight Watchers Butterscotch Brownies
- pre heat oven to 350
- combine margarine and sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg substitue and vanilla beat well.
- combine flour, baking powder and soda,and salt.Add to creamed mixture;beat well. Stir in butterscotch chips.
- spoon mixture into a 13-x9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let completely on a wire rack. yields 21/2 dozens (serving size 1 brownie) ppv=3
