margarine, softened
1 1/2 c
packed dark brown sugar or 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 c
egg substitue
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
plain flour
1 tsp
bakng powder
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
2/3 c
butterscotch chips
cooking spray

How to Make Weight Watchers Butterscotch Brownies


  • 1pre heat oven to 350
  • 2combine margarine and sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg substitue and vanilla beat well.
  • 3combine flour, baking powder and soda,and salt.Add to creamed mixture;beat well. Stir in butterscotch chips.
  • 4spoon mixture into a 13-x9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let completely on a wire rack. yields 21/2 dozens (serving size 1 brownie) ppv=3
