Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour or gluten flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon light salt
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons light margarine
- 2 - large egg whites
- 3/4 cup chocolate chip
- 1/3 cup water

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine flour,baking powder and light salt.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Grandually beat in flour mixture alternating with water. Stir in chips.

Step 3Spread into a foil-lined 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake until golden, about 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove foil and cut into 24 two-inch squares.
