Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour or gluten flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon light salt
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons light margarine
  • 2 - large egg whites
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chip
  • 1/3 cup water

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine flour,baking powder and light salt.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Grandually beat in flour mixture alternating with water. Stir in chips.
  • Step 3
    Spread into a foil-lined 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake until golden, about 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove foil and cut into 24 two-inch squares.
