Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans - i used pecans
- FILLING
- 2 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or more if you like
- 8 - 10 ounces caramel topping
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
How To Make turtle cheesecake / turtle cheesecake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, nuts and margarine. Press into 9-inch spring form or cake pan. Set aside.

Step 2Blend cream cheese until creamy. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; then add eggs and mix. Pour over crust.

Step 3Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer and allow them to sink.

Step 4Bake for 50-55 minutes.

Step 5Remove and drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for additional five minutes.

Step 6Remove, cool, and refrigerate.
