3 ozcoconut, shredded

4 ozhazelnuts

4 ozconfectioners' sugar

1 Tbspwater, warm

150 gchocolate
How To Make truffles

1chop the nuts up fine

2cream the butter and the sugar with the water

3add all the ingredients together and mix

4roll into small balls and put into the fridge for about 30 mins to harden

5melt about 150 grams of chocolate and cover the truffles, but onto parchment paper on a tray and return to fridge for about 1 hour longer would be better
