Ingredients

  • 2 ounces butter
  • 3 ounces coconut, shredded
  • 4 ounces hazelnuts
  • 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water, warm
  • 150 grams chocolate

How To Make truffles

  • Step 1
    chop the nuts up fine
  • Step 2
    cream the butter and the sugar with the water
  • Step 3
    add all the ingredients together and mix
  • Step 4
    roll into small balls and put into the fridge for about 30 mins to harden
  • Step 5
    melt about 150 grams of chocolate and cover the truffles, but onto parchment paper on a tray and return to fridge for about 1 hour longer would be better
