  • 2 oz
  • 3 oz
    coconut, shredded
  • 4 oz
  • 4 oz
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water, warm
  • 150 g

How to Make truffles


  1. chop the nuts up fine
  2. cream the butter and the sugar with the water
  3. add all the ingredients together and mix
  4. roll into small balls and put into the fridge for about 30 mins to harden
  5. melt about 150 grams of chocolate and cover the truffles, but onto parchment paper on a tray and return to fridge for about 1 hour longer would be better
