Ingredients
- 2 ounces butter
- 3 ounces coconut, shredded
- 4 ounces hazelnuts
- 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon water, warm
- 150 grams chocolate
How To Make truffles

Step 1chop the nuts up fine

Step 2cream the butter and the sugar with the water

Step 3add all the ingredients together and mix

Step 4roll into small balls and put into the fridge for about 30 mins to harden

Step 5melt about 150 grams of chocolate and cover the truffles, but onto parchment paper on a tray and return to fridge for about 1 hour longer would be better
