This is one of my personal cheesecake favorites for get togethers. My sister, Barb, gave me this recipe in the early 80's..I have to say I can't get enough of them when I make these bars. Yum...Yum, and Yummy!

Ingredients For triangle cheesecake bars

1/3 cpacked brown sugar

1 cflour
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/3 cbutter, melted

1 pkg8 ounce cream cheese, softened

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1egg
-
2 Tbspmilk
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make triangle cheesecake bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix brown sugar, flour, walnuts together. Reserve 1/3 cup mix for topping. Set aside. Pat down remaining mixture lightly into an 8 inch square pan that has been greased. Bake 12-15 minutes.

3Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, and sugar till creamy; add remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust then sprinkle the 1/3 cup reserved topping mixture over cheese mixture. Return to oven and bake another 25 minutes.

4Remove from oven, cool completely then refrigerate. Once chilled cut into 9 squares...then take and cut through each square like a triangle. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
