This is one of my personal cheesecake favorites for get togethers. My sister, Barb, gave me this recipe in the early 80's..I have to say I can't get enough of them when I make these bars. Yum...Yum, and Yummy!

How to Make Triangle Cheesecake Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix brown sugar, flour, walnuts together. Reserve 1/3 cup mix for topping. Set aside. Pat down remaining mixture lightly into an 8 inch square pan that has been greased. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, and sugar till creamy; add remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust then sprinkle the 1/3 cup reserved topping mixture over cheese mixture. Return to oven and bake another 25 minutes.
