When it comes to Italian desserts, tiramisu is one of the easiest desserts to make at home. Light and creamy, it has a hint of coffee flavor. Ladyfingers quickly soaked in coffee are layered between the creamiest mascarpone cheese whipped cream filling. Dust with a touch of cocoa powder and chocolate shavings when serving for an elegant no-bake dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces marscapone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee concentrate; divided
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package ladyfingers
- - cocoa powder and chocolate shavings, for serving

In the Test Kitchen, we let the tiramisu sit in the fridge overnight.

Step 1Mix 2 cups whipping cream, 4 Tbsp sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture into stiff peaks. Then refrigerate until needed again.

Step 2Whip marscapone cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 4 Tbsp of the coffee concentrate until smooth.

Step 3Then fold whipping cream into the mascarpone mixture.

Step 4Combine the remaining coffee concentrate with 1/2 cup of water. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 5Then spread half the cream mixture on the ladyfingers.

Step 6Repeat the dipped ladyfinger layer.

Step 7Top with the remaining cream mixture.

Step 8Dust the top with cocoa powder.

Step 9Cover and chill 2 - 4 hours.
