How to Make The French Café Chocolate Chip Scones
- 1Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and chocolate chips.
Add whipping cream and stir until moistened.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
Roll each part into a 6-1/2 inch circle.
Cut into 8 wedges with a pizza cutter.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Melt butter and brush on scones with pastry brush.
Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
Bake @ 375º for 20-25 minutes.
