Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons frozen butter
- LEMON FILLING
- 1 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 large eggs beaten
- - powered sugar
How To Make tart lemon bars

Step 1Mix the flour, brown sugar and salt together. with a box grater grate the butter into the mixture. Combine with fingers to form a coarse meal crust. Press into a 9 x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 2Combine the filling ingredients together and mix well. Pour over warm crust and bake another 20 minutes until filling is set. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
